Product is Faulty

The extension has an uneven roll
When you fit it on the jflowers smo or predator revo, it does not fit perfectly leading to an uneven roll for the whole cue

Brass end came out of thicker side first time I tried to take apart my brand new Konllen break stick

When I tried to take my brand new Konllen Break/jump stick apart, after assembling with extension, the brass fitting came out and now protrudes from end of extension. Brass Fitting and joint of extension were poorly joined. Hoping customer service can help with this?

Slow delivery times

I added this middle extension to my Lucasi and it works perfectly! It also added a little bit of weight, which makes it easier to control my shots. I love how it blends in with my Pinnacle shaft. This was a great purchase.
