My first Carbon Fiber cue. Not disappointed! Good balance, tight connection, straight and low deflection. Need I say more. A good cue for the money and great customer service.
Wrong cue
I purchased this cue through Amazon. I acquired it on March 17, 2023. I have used the cue less than two months never used it to break a rack never slammed or dropped it, I have a babied it because I absolutely love it. And now it has a crack near the ferrule, and in the company will not replace it. This is NOT how you do business. I would’ve suggested this cue to anyone that would like a carbon fiber shaft at a very good price. But you are rolling the dice because I cannot give my endorsement on the quality of the material or the customer service department to make it correct.
I’m very excited with the cue!
Bought one of these to strip down and paint my own color. When I stripped the clear coat off, there was a crack that had been painted over right under the joint. Obviously I am unable to return it now so I just wasted $330! Not happy…
