Konllen's customer service is excellent, My cue was shipped in 2 days and I received it on the 15th day. They were good about updating me on the progress of the shipment and were quick at responding to questions. I would definitely buy from them again!
The cue is drop dead gorgeous with the abalone shell inlays sparkling under the pool table lights. It is well balanced and plays as good as it looks. The tip on the cue is suppose to be a medium, but it seems to be harder than the medium tips on my other cues. I think I'll get used to it, but if not tips are easy to change. If you decide to buy one, I don't think you'll regret it.
