Wrong shaft

The wrong shaft was sent. I ordered a 3/8 by 8, I was sent a 3/8 by 10, which doesn't fit. I've traded 30 emails relaying the issue and still no resolution. Note: I even sent a picture of the butt joint before the order was filled, he said what they will send will work. Only to receive the wrong shaft.
