Introduction

Onuc Altur is a top-tier 9-ball and 8-ball player from Northern Cyprus (Turkish Cypriot), currently aged approximately 40–45 and hailing from the Nicosia region. A right-handed player, he is renowned for his exceptional stroke consistency and sophisticated tactical approach to the game.

He is a national champion of Northern Cyprus and a multiple-time winner of elite titles. He has long been an active competitor in events organized by the Northern Cyprus Billiard Federation (*Kuzey Kıbrıs Bilardo Federasyonu*), the EPBF European Championships, and various international open tournaments tracked on Cuescore.

In terms of his FargoRate ranking, he sits within the upper-middle tier of European players—ranking among the very best in the Mediterranean region and serving as a regular fixture at the European Championships.
