About Shipping
We currently offer free shipping to the United States, Japan, Korea, and selected countries in Southeast Asia and Europe. The final shipping fee will be shown on the checkout page.
For oversized or heavy items, additional overweight shipping fees may apply. If this happens, we will contact you by email or phone before shipment. You may also contact us if you would like to upgrade your shipping method.
VAT, Import Taxes & Customs Duties
Import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or other local charges may apply depending on your country or region. These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
We will do our best to provide the necessary shipping documents and assistance when needed.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a replacement, refund, or updated shipping schedule.

Shipping Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the box, product, and shipping label. Then contact us by email, and we will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

However, actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, flight arrangements, weather conditions, local delivery delays, or other external factors.
